The Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce will host “Clothes-ing the Deal: Dress for Success”, a luncheon aimed at educating attendees on professional attire and business fashion essentials. The event, part of the Chamber’s Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN), will take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Beaumont Plaza (I-10 @ Walden Rd).
The event will feature a fashion showcase demonstrating transitional business attire, highlighting wardrobe do’s and don’ts, and providing insight into how dressing appropriately can impact professional success. Local boutiques Estella, Ella & Scott, S&M Family Outlet, and Flagship Mail Room will present curated business fashion selections, supporting local entrepreneurs and retailers.
A highlight of the luncheon will be a fashion show featuring notable local personalities as celebrity models, including Kimberly Rusley of KFDM, Tia Johnson of 12News, Kaitlin Bain of the Beaumont Enterprise, Kristi Dodd of The Examiner, Erika Harris of KFDM, Tracy Kennick from the City of Beaumont, Sade Chick of the Port of Beaumont, and Camryn Burchett of 12News.
“This event is about empowering professionals with the knowledge of how to dress for success, while also showcasing the fantastic local businesses that help make that possible,” said April Tolbert, WEN committee chair. “It’s an opportunity for attendees to gain valuable fashion insights, network with fellow professionals, and support the community.”
