Description
Robin Mouton became the first Black woman elected mayor of Beaumont in 2021. She previously served as a Councilmember for Ward IV for six years, and she served as Mayor Pro Term in 2018. Come hear about Mayor Mouton's accomplishments during her first year in this role and what she and the City Council have planned.
