Celebration: Announcing and recognizing the winners of Torch and Spark Awards for Ethics, Leader of Industry Honorees,  the "John L. Bell Jr. Friend of the BBB" Award, Industrial Excellence Award, and Southeast Texas Businessman and Businesswoman of the Year Awards.
