Nominations close at 11:59 PM on May 31, 2026.
Self-nominations are not allowed. You must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for each nominee, as it will be used to contact them for the next steps. Only one nomination form is needed per nominee, but you may submit as many different nominees as you like—please do not submit the same person more than once, nor do multiple people need to submit the same nominee, as this will not improve their chances of winning. After nomination, ALL candidates will be sent an application, which must be completed to be considered. The application will be reviewed anonymously by an independent judging committee. The applications will be scored using a standardized rubric based on academic achievements, professional certifications or licenses, leadership at work, community involvement beyond their job, letters of recommendation, and overall merit. Identifying information will be withheld to ensure fairness and impartiality.
