Description
The Beaumont Chamber Foundation's Leadership Beaumont Alumni Committee is hosting a professional development luncheon entitled "Difficult Conversations in the Workplace." In everyone's professional career we are faced with an event or confrontation that can be difficult to handle. We need to find ways to speak up, without giving up. Will you be assertive or aggressive? What's the difference and why does it matter? In a lively interactive talk, keynote speaker Jill Ellis-Worthington presents a fresh perspective on handling difficult conversations.
Keynote Speaker:
Jill Ellis-Worthington, Owner at Write On Communication Services
Panelists:
Celine Do, Human Resources Coordinator at Provost Umphrey Law Firm, LLP
Jacqueline K. Gunner, Sr. Personnel Generalist for the City of Beaumont
Ellen Zimmerman, PhD, PCC, SPHR, CDTLF, Executive and Leadership Coaching
Herb Lee, SHRM-SCP, MBA, Human Resource Manager for ABS Group Consulting
